Bulk Store platform
The Bulk Store platform allows access for HR, Marketing, or Procurement teams with an approval process in place. Managers and Heads can utilize this platform, where managers make requests as needed and Heads approve them.
Yes, for bulk order we have “One level approval” system.
Yes, we do have keep stock for Merchandise category products.
If you opt to maintain stock for all items featured on the website, we can accommodate that. However, any unsold items will be invoiced to you accordingly.
We have two payment options available, wherein we can accept payment through Purchase Order (PO) or via Payment gateway.

For Employee & Rewards store, the prices are including shipping.
For bulk store, we can accept the payment while placing the order or we can charge it basis on the delivery location – This can be modified as per your your requirement
For every order, the tracking details will be shared with the users via SMS & Email. Also, they can track the status on the platform.
Returns/ Exchange: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted with 48 hours of receiving the order. If the item is received damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. Post verifying, we will send the replacement.
In Apparel if size issues are there, it cannot be changed or replaced once the order is dispatched / delivered.

For Bulk store the minimum purchase quantity is 50 and the maximum can be set up as per your requirement.
Branded products come with a standard warranty provided by the brand. However, in case of customization the warranty will be voided by the brand.
