Employees can purchase merchandise directly through the platform using direct payments. Channel partners have the option to purchase company-branded merchandise with co-branding opportunities, with no minimum order quantity and no inventory hassle.

Rewards HUB platform

What is Rewards HUB?

Rewards HUB is an online platform designed for employee engagement and rewards management. It provides a seamless solution for organizations to manage their rewards and gifting programs efficiently.

Conversion to points?

Conversion rate for points may be either 1 point = Rs. 1 or 0.50 paise / 0.25 paise, which will be determined by the organization in terms of how they distribute them to their employees.

Can someone pay additional over points?

Yes, Employee can redeem points and pay additionally if they fall short of points required to buy the selected product in the cart.

Bulk Store platform

What is Bulk Store?

The Bulk Store platform allows access for HR, Marketing, or Procurement teams with an approval process in place. Managers and Heads can utilize this platform, where managers make requests as needed and Heads approve them.

Is there an approval system?

Yes, for bulk order we have “One level approval” system.

Would you keep stock for all products listed on the platform?

Yes, we do have keep stock for Merchandise category products.

If you opt to maintain stock for all items featured on the website, we can accommodate that. However, any unsold items will be invoiced to you accordingly.

What are the payment options for Bulk store?

We have two payment options available, wherein we can accept payment through Purchase Order (PO) or via Payment gateway.

What payment methods are accepted on the platform?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), wallets, etc. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose your preferred payment method and provide the necessary details to complete the transaction.

Do you have PAN India service, or you ship globally?

Yes, we offer PAN India service as well as global shipping options. For International shipping charges may vary.

Is the listed product pricing is including shipping?

For Employee & Rewards store, the prices are including shipping. 

For bulk store, we can accept the payment while placing the order or we can charge it basis on the delivery location – This can be modified as per your your requirement

Is there any tracking facility available?

For every order, the tracking details will be shared with the users via SMS & Email. Also, they can track the status on the platform.

What is the Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policy?

Returns/ Exchange: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted with 48 hours of receiving the order. If the item is received damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. Post verifying, we will send the replacement.

In Apparel if size issues are there, it cannot be changed or replaced once the order is dispatched / delivered.

Cancellation: Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note, refund of order amount will be processed back to the source account within 7 working days. For any further queries, Kindly contact us on escalations@foxboxretail.com.

What are the courier services used to dispatch the orders?

We've partnered with leading courier services such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, and Xpressbees. The courier services used vary based on location and availability.

What kind of customizations can be done?

Yes. We provide a range of customization options for our clients, including engraving, embossing, printing, embroidery, and more.

Can we have offer on products?

Yes, we can run offer discounts and promotions on the platform.

Do we send emailers?

No, we don’t. However, based on your requirement we can add the services. Additional charges will be applicable.

Can we have an Offline sale activity?

Yes, we can run offline activity.

Can we restrict the purchase quantity?

For Employee & Reward store, the maximum purchase quantity is upto 5

For Bulk store the minimum purchase quantity is 50 and the maximum can be set up as per your requirement.

What will be the warranty on branded products?

Branded products come with a standard warranty provided by the brand. However, in case of customization the warranty will be voided by the brand.

Can we do customization on branded electronic products? If yes, then what type of branding?

Yes, we can do customization.

Customization options include paper sleeve and sticker printing.

How often you refresh the products on platform?

We introduce new products monthly, offering a diverse range of categories and hampers tailored to various events and occasions.

Do you have sustainable products available?

Yes, we have wide range of sustainable products that includes, apparels, stationery, drinkware, bags, etc.

How is the pricing different from Amazon?

Pricing varies due to customization offered on every product, as well as availability, since we maintain stock for all listed products on the platform.
